On completion of ICC Academy’s introductory trade finance course you will have developed a good foundational understanding of global trade and how companies settle their cross border commercial activities, what their basic needs are, identify the risks as well as instruments available to mitigate those risks.
The case study will provide you with “real-life” situations and allow you to apply the content and knowledge you have acquired during this course, specifically showcasing the logic and ease of trade finance products and which ones to use under various circumstances.

This eLearning course will include a self-assessment tool to help you prepare for the Global Trade Certificate (GTC) final examination if you choose to obtain this certificate. The passing grade for the final examination is set at 70%.
