Your purchase of the NVOCC Bill of Lading Certificate allows one attempt at the exam. If required, a retake can be purchased for USD $60 if you are still within your 12-month access period by contacting our Help Desk at helpdesk@iccacademy.com.sg

All candidates need to be able to read and write in English.

Your purchase includes 12 months to access all 4 lessons and the final exam. You can access the lessons as many times as you like within the 12-month access period. Once you have completed all 4 lessons, you will get access to the final exam.

The NVOCC Bill of Lading Certificate (NBL) has been reviewed by the International Chamber of Commerce – the organisation that creates many of the rules and guidelines that govern international trade.

It is also accredited by the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF), the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers (CSCB) and the National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association of America (NCBFAA).
