The ICC Academy regularly publishes its online registry located at
https://icc.academy/alumni/ with the updated list of candidates who have successfully passed one or more certifications.
To ensure that the candidates personal data is securely and lawfully processed by the ICC Academy, we need to comply with the Singaporean Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”) and the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”).
In this
Data Protection Notice, we explain how we use your personal data as shared with us by you. Your name, job title, certificate taken, industry, country, photo (optional) and LinkedIn profile (optional) is added to the ICC Academy website. We will not use or share your data with anyone except as described in the Data Protection Notice.
